By The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations began across Bangladesh with the Bangla (first paper) exam. Held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the exams will run until May 13, as per the revised schedule issued by the Dhaka Education Board. This year, around 19.28 lakh students are participating—over one lakh fewer than the average of the last four years. Unlike previous years affected by the pandemic, the 2025 SSC exams will cover the entire syllabus with full marks and full duration for every subject. Authorities are ensuring strict measures for smooth and fair conduct of the examinations across all centers.
