By Polytechnic students staged a dramatic protest in Dhaka, marching with symbolic white shrouds tied on their heads to demand the fulfillment of six key demands. The demonstration began at Tejgaon Polytechnic Institute and ended at the south gate after parading through major roads. Students warned of more intense actions if their demands remain unmet. A previous meeting with the Ministry of Education failed to satisfy them, prompting renewed protests and torch rallies across the country. Earlier in the week, students had blocked roads and railways, causing widespread disruption, but suspended the rail blockade after talks were scheduled. However, with no concrete resolution, they have resumed protest activities and vowed to continue until their voices are heard.
