By Renowned Bollywood composer Pritam Chakraborty has filed an FIR at Mumbai’s Malad police station after ₹40 lakh was stolen from his studio on February 4. The money, in ₹500 notes, was reportedly handed over to Pritam’s manager, Vineet Schedha, by a production company employee. However, the cash never reached Pritam. Suspicion falls on Pritam’s assistant, Ashish Sial, who has been missing since the incident.Pritam stated that he waited a week for Ashish to return before approaching the police. Vineet mentioned that he left the money in the studio while attending to paperwork, only to find it missing upon his return. Director Ahmed Khan also confirmed that Ashish left with the bag, claiming to deliver it to Pritam’s home but never did. Police have launched an investigation to locate Ashish.
