In a posted photo, he can be seen with a surgical collar around his neck, bandages on his head, blood stains on his cheek, and visible bruises on his face. Bollywood celebrities, including Mrunal Thakur, Anupam Kher, and Mika Singh, expressed concern for his well-being. Randhawa had recently returned from a spiritual bath at the Kumbh Mela and resumed shooting, where this incident occurred. The movie, featuring intense action and romance, is slated for release in 2026, with Nimrit Ahluwalia playing his co-star.
