He landed in Sylhet on Monday at 11:45 AM after departing from Manchester on a Bangladesh Biman flight. Seven Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) officials welcomed him at the airport with flowers, alongside enthusiastic local fans. His home in Sylhet has been decorated in celebration, with plans for him to travel home in an open-roof car while being cheered by supporters. Hamza is set to play for Bangladesh in the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers on March 25 against India. After resting, he will join the national training camp, eagerly awaited by thousands of football fans.
